This website is operated by Verdure House, a trading name of LJC Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of the terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the site.

2. Products and pricing

All products are sold as described on the product page. Sizes are stated as width by length in inches; measurements are for the panel, not the window. Colors are shown as accurately as screens allow and may vary slightly in person. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order that appears to be placed by a reseller or that we cannot verify. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4. Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping within the United States. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. See our Shipping policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Full terms are in our Return and refund policy.

6. Quantity discounts and promotions

Multi-panel discounts are applied automatically in the cart when the qualifying quantity is met and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless stated. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time.

7. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decisions.

8. Third-party links and tools

The site may contain links to third-party sites and use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product photography, copy, the Verdure House name and logo, is our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or your use of the site is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Consumers retain the protections of the law of their state of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
