Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your curtains. If they are not right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return them for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Curtains that have been hung, washed, altered or cut to length cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@verdurecurtains.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked service. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost; we cover it if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would rather exchange, say so in your return email and we will hold the replacement for you.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.

Wrong size?

Sizing mistakes are the most common reason for a return and they are avoidable. Every product page shows how many panels a window needs and which length to pick, and our Size Guide walks through measuring in two steps. If you are unsure before ordering, email us the width of your window and where you want the hem to fall and we will tell you what to order.
