Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US at this time.

Cost

Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking, no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Multiple panels

Orders with several panels or colors may ship in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number and all tracking links are in your shipping email.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We can update an address before dispatch, but not after the carrier has collected the parcel. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us within 7 days and we will lodge a claim with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Sales tax

Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no import duties on US orders.
